I had standing room only during my breakout session at the Colorado Association of School Board Officials #CASBO yesterday. I am not sharing that to boast rather to say the people in the room did leave with a plan to be 1% healthier for their students, teachers, and administration in their school districts. I get more and I know people get more from these experiences than any post on social media or even one on one conversations.
